The Train of Life

(In Cherished and Ever-loving Memory of
Late VKK Achan, TI (C) C.Rly
Born 26.04.1924, Died 26.01.1979)


The guard gave the Signal,
There was a flutter of good byes.
The train started its journey of Life
racing on the railroads of dynamism
halting at stations,
spreading benevolence, happiness
and peace.

The Station Master
managed the Station of Life well,
and, the train passed
through the Yards of hard work
bestowing the goodwill of Life
trafficking through the crossings of Life.

The train reached
the Ultimate Terminus
of Life; and...
drifted away into that
Still Unknown Station
of Eternal Peace
without biding good byes!

VKK Achan started his career in Indian Railways
as a Guard and progressed ahead. He was the
traffic in charge at the time of his death.)
